Refund Policy
Membership
The user must submit a refund request through the application or website's Support section in order to obtain a refund.
The refund policy will only apply to half-yearly and Annual plans. Refunds are not available for monthly and quarterly plans.
Refund of paid amount will be given before 3 successfully booked slots. If user raise a refund request after 3 booked slots then there will be no refund.
The members who purchase the membership after the discount or after applying the special promo code, only 30% of their paid amount will be refunded.
The refund policy does not apply to those who purchase Memberships via CCG EMI.
